The Core Issue
There are two major areas of Fitness that are often referred to, but not often understood. The first that is used quite often, but commonly misunderstood, is 'What is your Core' and 'How do do I train it'. Stretching is the other, 'How long do you hold a stretch?' and 'Does stretching matter?'. This session will go over the Do's, Don'ts, How's and Why's of these topics.
Squats and Dead-lifts
Two of the most functional exercises that should be implemented in any resistance regime, are the Squat and the Dead Lift. Like most things, there are different opinions and studies that people refer to when trying to obtain the best technique. We will be going through a variation of the Squat and Dead Lift and breaking down the movement and anatomy and focus on how to spot and adjust bad technique.
Bodyweight - exercise for everyone
This session will help broaden your repetoire of exercises and games, which can be done without any equipment. Keep the intensity high and the energy fun to motivate your students and/or their clients with a variety of cahallening activities. Minimum hassel, maximal gains!
